Income refusal parent sponsership application

Hi I apply parent application through lottery system 2018 .accepted.,send to them all my application , now yesterday they send me email that my income is not met
2016 income they dont count as 150 line notice of assement , I was laid off and take unemployment for 4 month on that year ,
And they deduct unemployment income and after whatever left that uncome imigration count as my net income.
So can anyone please tell me as 150 line notice of assessments is my net income and I pay tax on that .as they count
2016 income is not meet
2015 2017 is higher then what immigration looking for it
Is there any humanitarian way that they can look my income again or they can c 2018 income .

Please help i

In the instruction it explains that unemployment (not maternity or disability) will be deducted from line 150. Unfortunately you must have overlooked those instructions when filling out your forms. Unfortunately PGP requirements are pretty specific. You can try to appeal if you want. Not sure what your argument will be and whether there is even a chance at success. Are you off by a large amount or a few dollars? Unfortunately you can’t say that this 4+ years ago and that you have made way over the LICO amount for the past 3 years. If you applied for PGP2018 you needed to meet the income level for 2015-2016-2017 even this year you wouldn’t qualify because you don’t meet the income requirement for 2016-2017-2018. Sorry this must have been a big surprise.

If you don't meet the strict requirements, then your application will be refused. Even if you are short by one dollar.

Now, you wait until January and, if you meet the eligibility requirements, have another attempt.

You unfortunately didn’t read the requirements in detail and never qualified. No there is unlikely anything you can do.
