In the forms for the sponsored person, it says to include family members whether or not they are accompanying you to Canada. Do I include my husband who is my sponsor living in Canada? Do I need photos taken of him for any of his or my forms?
No, you don't include anyone in that category that is a Canadian citizen or PR (which would be your spouse). You do include them on the simple form where you just list partners, parents, siblings and children regardless of if they will join you in Canada or not.
