Those who have been changed from the status "In Process" to "Decision Made" before medical request what about your result? Is it medical request or refusal? What about the current status?
I am also in the same situation :
- No medicals so far
- Decision made is being displayed without change in address or any processing date display
- Since 2 days the fifth line is on display - "A decision has been made on your appln. The office will contact you
concerning this decision".
- is this to be considered as rejection.? :-\ :-X
- While it is showing as pending review in one of its statements can it be considered as rejection
- Nooooo think +ve
- but unable to stop thinking the other way round also since some have got rejection already.. :'(
- convincing myself -- No it cud be a system bug / glitch / problem or whatever one may call it
- but what is the actual situation...???
does anyone know

I got the same issue My E-status change from In-Process 2 Decision Made and different people have different Opinion.....!!! But an expert tell me don't believe in E-status much because it happened to the 80% time liner with him and 90% out of them get medical request...!!!!!!!
I have my finger crossed and hope for the best!!!!
in my opinion, cic has it plans, first they give DM, so that you cud be mentally prepared.
after few months when u accept ur fate they give u their verdict.
I have seen couple of cases where they had made a decision 2 months ago but when the applicant
send them a CSE, they promptly took an action and sent a refusal letter.
very sad indeed.

I think that's very poor communication from CIC. If they've actually reached a decision they should at least confirm to you that it's a rejection and that the reasons will follow shortly.
If it's an ECAS error, they should also let you know that.
In all likelyhood it sounds like a rejection if you got DM prior to medicals, but why can't CIC just let you know that in their reply?
