Schedule A is a Background Declaration form. CIC will request one if they need to confirm/clarify some of the information you provided with your application.

I saw decision made on ecas about 20 minutes ago and I literally had to hold my heart. But no message in Mycic. Who knows what the decision is? This was a scenario which I always feared.
