For outlanders, the BG check changes to in progress on the day of or day before PPR. So gear up for PPR by Monday... if CIC is still doing things the same as a few weeks ago.

I just got a message from CIC that my application has been updated. When I logged in, nothing had changed in the profile.

I believe they also ask for Canadian PCC after In Process (if you are an inland applicant). I don't know the answer to your second question buddy.

Ecas went in process I believe between Friday night and Saturday. Not sure which one since up to midday on Friday it was still showing application received. I have put Aug 15 in my timeline since I checked it again on Saturday and noticed the change then. I am a FSW inland applicant.
