Usually the second "in process" means that your application passed R-10 (completeness check) but does not necessarily means security and criminal checks are passed. To find progress of those checks, you need to order GCMS notes and find out.
I see a new line added to my Ecas today, but date modified changes to Aug 17th from June 6

Question: My 3rd line was before Medical Passed and now it shifted to 4th line and 3rd line is the above line. Is that Normal ?????
I was requested to submit my IMM5476(FOR DECLARING THAT I HAVE NO ONE HELPING ME WITH APPLICATION)on 4th June and I submitted the same on 5th June
ECAS 5 line since August 27. Also Back Ground check changed not needed at this time from in progress since Aug 27. CIC requested for marriage certificate on August 26 at 11:44 pm, today is the last day of summation. Service Ontario is very careless. I have applied for the certificate on Aug 27, 2015 . supposed to receive the certificate on Aug 31 but Service Ontario made mistake of my mailing address went back to Thunder Bay. daaam last night I requested to CIC to extend time, certificate just came this morning but cant upload since I have uploaded letter instead of certificate. There wasn't any uploading option since I have uploaded the time extension letter. An hour ago received email from CIC extended for another 14 days. Uploading option is now open. Service Ontario did bad job. I have found CIC and Service Ontario maximum customer service agents are NOT friendly.

Thanks Dobes!! I can just imagine.... it took us 4 months and a couple weeks to this stage and the wait was crazy, I prayed and I prayed and finally I am at this stage. I pray for a speedy PPR.
Here comes a long weekend and with it comes more... Tomorrow marks three weeks since ECAS in process and exactly four months since AOR. Way to test my endurance CIC!

I think you should be VERY optimistic! Your timeline is nearly identical to mine, though I know those three weeks since In Process have been longer than the usual three-week time span!
