If you have proofs of having applied for the certificate, and also the communication where Service Canada tells you you will receive it by Sept 04 then go ahead and submit that to CIC with a letter of explanation. They should extend the deadline if you can prove that you have requested the document.
Thanks Kucuy, yes I have I receipt from Service Canada, I have asked them to speed it up, they said we are treating your application urgent, again the employee told me write a latter for extent time to Immigration Canada that you have applied for certificate which you will receive on Sep 4 also upload the original receipt to them that's what they have told me to do.
It seems to me you're there. They can occasionally ask for Schedule A and reject, you can have Decision Made and get rejected (though it's very rare), but if they ask for RPRF you're not going to be rejected. Congratulations!
4.We sent you correspondence on August 27, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. It's not an ghost email, check your ECAS. They must have change/add something in your application or in ECAS. Whenever I receive any mail, said your application updated I have found some changes in ECAS. This morning I have received an email found there is an extra line added in my ECAS. Good luck.
