Got DM today but no ppr!! Called CIC for several times, only one agent is willing to tell me my status. She said everything seems went great they are finalizing my files and a ppr will be sent to me shortly.

Anyone knows that will agent tell anything wrong to us?Or I should trust her???

Congrats! How did the agent tell you?
I asked her "am i approved" she said "seems like that way ,everything looks great"..........But she never said the word "APPROVED".....

So the PPR you got didn't ask you to submit at Ottawa office and instead directly told you to submit at NDVO/Bangalore VFS? You didn't have to write back for change of VO?
This is a first!

No it isn't a first as I've seen many of this type of situation on this forum. It means his application was processed in his home country. Other LVO's apart from Ottawa are super fast in processing apps.
