Same here.. Got a ghost mail about an hour ago.. I am guessing it should be for the bg gone into in progress.

To Aug-14 mates who don't get schedule A request before, anyone already PPR??? 7 days pass as of Aug 14 and no further news (either schedule A request or PPR)...really a tough week!!!

App status - open
Eligibility - review in progress
Medical - passed
Review of docs - no additional docs needed at this time
Interview - not needed
Background check - in progress
Final decision - not started

It seems lots of people have been asked for RCMP. I have not had any requests or any changes to my application sine June. Does everyone get asked for RCMP?? I have lived in Canada for 19 months.

you may have to wait but you can also call CIC to report this issue, but someone similar with your case didn't get help for ECAS from CIC...

If you haven't got a 2nd AOR and you are an outlander, your VO is Ottawa.
By the way we have similar timelines.
