i got an question , in the PNP , in the "pre-screening" stage and "nominated" stage , they send any emails or just a regular mail on you mailing address ?

They will send Email if your email address exist in your application and if there isn't any email address then they have to use regular mail.

Are you talking about PNP process or federal process ?
My experience for my own case is that the PNP office sent a mail with the acceptance letter; not through email.
