Hi, I received a letter to pick up my PR card from an office. It states that I need to bring my old PR Card but I just can't find it anywhere. I have all my other documents with me. Is there a chance that they'll let me pick my new PR card without my old one? I have a flight in a month and I really really need this.
 
I suggest report it to the police and also make a sworn statement before a notary. Take the police report and statement to the interview/ pick up.
