# In need for urgent help # - Error on Arrima when submitting the French interview presence confirmation

Hi everyone,

My friend is applying for CSQ through PEQ and just received the interview letter.

He was supposed to submit the Bordereau de Réponse - Présence à l'Entrevue (interview presence confirmation form) through Arrima to confirm his presence at the French interview.

However, there's this error message that stops him from submitting the document:

Erreur. Afin de poursuivre la soumission de votre dossier, veuillez ajouter le ou les documents suivants:

Connaissance du français
- Document à l'appui de votre connaissance du français écrit

Permis de séjour actuel et CAQ
- Preuve de séjour actuel au Québec

However, my friend submitted his application last September so he wasn't required to provide any french written exam results.

Is anyone in a similar situation? If so, how did you solve this issue!
