My friend frankly speaking CAs will be eligible for 22points if they have bachelor degree+CA.In fact Master degree holder are given more weighatage & points (25) then CA.
The assessment is not depend upon the occupation and education but case to case basis.
If two applicants send their files at the same time. One scores 67 and another scores 77, their files will be processes almost equally. Depending on the verification, and other study of the file, VO will take decision, but their points, occupation or any other factor will not prompt for speedy processing.

No their will be no priviledge at all ..
Old applicant have different processing time and new applicant have different one..
By the way did u withdraw old application or their are two application in chc delhi??

your lucky one ..sometime chc tell the applicant to withdraw old application if your new applications already filed with them
Yea once u received ur visa you can withdraw old application and will get refund too

yes CA with m-com....i have seen lots of people doing the same....i was wrongly advised by my consultant that i will get visa soon in my old case i wasted more then one year otherwise i would have applied in 2009 itself.......i applied a fresh application of my own this year ....and i hope things will move fast....
