IMT-CDL | Assessment through IQAS or WES

Can anyone let me know if one year post graduate diploma through IMT CDL is recognized either by IQAS or WES

Based on reading I know that only IQAS recognized it but not sure if it recognizes it as a diploma.

Wes does not recognise 1 year course from imt cdl, I am trying from IQAS now
