Hi, I just purchased a brand new sienna and would like to import it to Canada I am a dual US and Canadian.

The MSO (in my name) has a lien on it but I have the MSO as well as the bill of sale in my hand. I also have a letter from the finance company (the lien holder) stating that I can export it to canada. I spoke with oakwood transport and they said that there will no problem importing the van but he thinks that it will be a problem registering it in Ontario since the MSO has a lien on it.

Does anyone have experience registering a car in Ontario with a MSO with a lien on it if you have a letter allowing the import from the finance company?
