Hello guys once again need some information. My parents have applied for a visitors visa from New Delhi visa collection centre.They received an email that they can collect the passport from the office tomorrow. Is it that they send you an email stating that they got the visa or if rejected they send a separate mail.Or they don't send an email for visitors visa.

Sure thank you but do they send an email before stating you got the visa and to collect passports as they do while giving work permit.
