I have a question.Seniors please advice.
According to Post-Graduate Work Permit rules,only after you graduate and have your certificate issued from your university with final transcript,and having a valid study permit,you can apply for PGWP.But my Study Visa expires before even my results for final semester comes out.Do I just apply for PGWP and stay in implied status and later submit the final transcript and graduation certificate?,But wont they reject my application as the transcript and certificate are missing from my application?,They would not extend my study permit if I do not have any course left to do would they?
Please help me people.

Apply for study permit renewal first, you will have 90 days to apply for PGWP.

But would they renew it?.I wont be having any course left to do,I will just expect them to renew my study permit from the day my final exams end till I get my graduation certificate from the university?,is that a valid reason for extention?

If you understand in one line, study permit "renewal" is your lifeline....if not now, then get ready to leave Canada.

1. Apply for bridge extension visa, you will get 90 days which is enough to get transcript etc.
