Import a Car from USA to Canada - Which Border Post

I am importing my Car from USA to Canada. I need to know which US border posts (East Coast) process Vehicle Export documents. We are thinking of crossing the border at Buffalo-Lewiston. Are they open 24 hours for vehicle export or there is a specific time period? Thanks.

I believe you are talking about Buffalo/Niagara correct? It's the American side you need to be concerned about, did you put in for your 72 hour wait? They might be only open during normal business hours.

Does that mean US Customs will not process the vehicle export documents at the border post even when all requirements for export have been fulfilled 72 hours prior to arriving at the border post?
