implied status work pemit

hello,my brother is on trv visa till valid feb 2018,he applied second time paper application extension for trv visa,i want to know that he's on implied status now,can he apply work permit on implied status....he have truck license here one of manitoba trucking company gave him lmia for work permit.pls reply urgent

Your post doesn't make sense. A TRV has nothing to do with status in Canada and can't be extended.

Is he here as a visitor? Has he applied to extend his stay as a visitor?

ya he is a visitor here,he already extend visa,now he applied second time extension, application is in process and he is on implied status now,can he get work permit if he hav job offer lmia here in trucking company manitoba.

He can apply. Note that if the current visitor extension app is refused, he will be out of status regardless of the work permit app.
