I am collecting documents and have got an ITA. However, after sending an application to BLS Ottawa for a PCC they have sent it to HCI Ottawa for further processing saying that my work permit expired. I sent a letter of explanation saying that I am currently on implied status and also sent proof of application for PR and ITA. Still they are making me run around in circles and still have not yet received a proper response. What's the quickest way to get PCC when on implied status, if it is possible at all?

Can you please provide an update? Did you get your PCC? If you did, how did you get one? I'm also on an Implied status and I'm in an urgent need for a PCC.
