One question which is not related to this topic.
I am having a US dollars account in Pak.
When leaving for CA I have two options
1. To get Demand draft of Canadians dollars.
2. To get Demand draft in US Dollars.
If i get Canadian dollars pay order then bank will change my US dollars to CAD with there rate and what I understand I might get loss and change of currency as baks rate as converted in this manner UD $ to Pak rupees and then to CAD.
Is it possible if i can take Pay order of US dollards and can depositi in CA bank in my CAD account, like this i might reduce my loss in currency exchange.
I have read Qorax's post regarding "Kids Immunization Form". He said that we would be getting a Kids immunization form along with Visa and COPR which we would need to get filled and signed by our doctor before coming to Canada. It is required for kids admission into the school.
But I haven't received any such form with my COPR. Does anyone got it with their Visa. If yes, kindly share the form with me so that can get it filled here.
Immunization Form

Hi all,
If anyone hasn't got the above form from the CHC while receiving their PRVs+COPR, and have kid/s under 16, plz click the link above to download that form.
U'd need this form to be filled, signed & stamped by your doctor, from your homeland, before departure for landing. It's required for the kid's School Admission in Canada.
If you are going to complete the form, I suggest you take your immunization documents to your doctor so he/she can verify dates and imms have been correctly transcribed. I have been through so many parent originated forms that just don't make sense. It is easy to mix up Hib and Hep. Also dates are Critical. Be clear. If writing all in numbers, indicate if it is d/m/yr or m/d/yr, and be consistent. It could mean an immunization has to be repeated if given too early.
