Got an email saying they are at the final stage of the application process. My wife is Serbian and I am Canadian. We paid the Right of Permanent Residence fee, her passport is valid for a long enough time, and there's been no changes in our information. My question is does this mean my wife applies for an immigration visa then mails her passport to Vienna? She hasn't received the IMM/5688 form yet. She is applying to come in as a permanent resident. We are confused about exactly what she has to send into Vienna.
