New Immigrants

Hello,
I am new to this forum and I have a question and I appreciate if someone give me some info. My wife got her immigration papers and she is living in Vienna,Austria and planning to join me in February. Since she carries Austrian convention passport, does she need eTA or she has to apply for visa in her passport? Her immigration papers were issued in Mississauga as I sent her passport there but they didn't issue any visa in her passport? anyone knows what should we do?

So youre in canada and shes in austria and YOU have her passport?? She needs that and her copr (papers that come back with passport) to travel here

I sent her passport and her COPR last month, my question is that:as a new immigrant how can she enter into Canada? does she need to apply visitor visa or need eTA?

Hmm... They always issue visa on the passport with copr letter.. call cic to get info about it.
