I applied for immigration in 2006, which was refused in 2010. Very disappointed, as the consultant didnt tell me to send a document.
whats the solution now??? Seniors please help!!!
1. Can I reapply for my immigration??
2. Should I apply for student visa??
3. are there chances that they can refuse my student visa because I have been refused for citizenship once?
4. Can my spouse accompany me on student visa?
5. Is there any other method which are right to live in canada?
6. I have visited Canada, USA about 7 or 8 times, and have no problems with things like overstayed or something, Can that help in my case??
Please help as this is very disappointing as I have genuine documents and experiance

For student visa, take a look at this older discussion:

If you were to reapply next time, perhaps do it yourself. Don't rely on consultants.
