I want to know which visa office should i select for my fswp economic class?

I am applying from within Canada, and staying here since 2 years!

Kindly advice!

I am confused because the form guide says:

"Note: If you are applying from within Canada or being sponsored from within Canada, this question does not apply to you"

I don't know where you got the quote but you should choose CPP-Ottawa as your VO, or if you want then your country of origin.
