Hi guys,

I am from mumbai and applying for FSWP 2013. I have dought in Generic form Question 4(Immigration Office requested for the processing of your application). So what should i mention "CIO-Sydney" or "New Delhi-India"

Please guys help me as i have to submit my file.

I have one more dought, currently I m working with hp. so in work experience coloum, do I have to keep "to" coloum blank or current month...
for e.g.

Please advise with 10 yrs of experience in NOC 2174 but education is not directly related to experience. I have dome BCOM and 1 year computer course. I have sent transcripts to WES. can I apply for NOC 2174?

I have one more query...

In my passport my full name is mentioned in Given name and Family name is (blank).

And in instruction they have clearly mentioned that we have to go according to passport or traveling document.

But if i go according to passport, generic form IMM0008 is not getting validated(Family nameBLANK))

So I have mentioned my surname in Family name and my first name in Given name.

for eg:
Family name:
Given name: Bhayani Sammer Ashoak

Family name: Bhayani
Given name: Sameer Ashoak


Please suggest me....

do as you just wrote above... and write a letter to CC to explain this fact... but if you have already couriered it, still no worries, they will ask you about it... they wont reject for this issue....

the imporatnt thing is to reach the cap
