"Question 4
Immigration Office requested for the processing of your application
Indicate the name of the Immigration Office which serves:
•your country of nationality, or
•the country in which you are residing, provided that you have been lawfully admitted to that country for at least one (1) year.
Note: Do not select the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) as the immigration office requested to process your application. Although you may be required to submit your application to the CIO, you must indicate the name of an appropriate visa office using the criteria above."
There is only one processing time mentioned for CEC applications, and no other visa offices compared to FSW class. ALL CEC applications are processed in one office, and that one office is CPP-Ottawa.
If applications would be processed outside Canada they probably would accept reference letters from outside Canada too...
The weblink I mentioned only for CEC only. We have to send the applications to CPP only, But we need to mention the visa office as whatever the consulate/High commission located in local country, Hope the stamping will be done in that office.

So it sounds like there's no harm in choosing the visa office for your home country, although it makes no difference. I chose Sydney, Australia, but I expect they'll simply ignore that and send the application to CPP-O anyway.

I understand what everyone means, but just to be on the safe side I would suggest select the visa office respectively (home country or inland). from what I gather from everyone here. it seems like it wont make a difference what you type in that section. thank you all for your input. almost paid a lawyer $1000 to answer that question. smh!
