Hello everyone.
First off i am about to graduate with a masters degree in Public administration with a concentration in local government and non profit management from a Western Michigan University in the U.S. After my studies are done my options are limited given that the possibility to extend my studies via an academic training and the J-1 visa demand that i leave the U.S. for a period of 2 years. I have been investigating the possibility of attaining a skilled worker visa to Canada, can someone inform me if it is absolutely necessary to attain a formal employment offer in order to be granted a skilled worker visa. If so where can ia search for employment in the public/non profit sector in Canada that are open to immigrants (ex. website/publications). If anyone out there c an guide me i will greatly appreciate it.
