If I overstayed my visa in the U.S. for over 4 years
First, can I apply as a skilled worker to Canada?
Second, would I have to go back to my country of origin to do all the paperwork?
If you are not legally living in the US then you can't apply from there. You would need to return to a country where you have citizenship or have been living legally for a period of at least 12 months.
