Hello everyone.

I'm entinding to start the process for the express entry for me and my girlfriend.

The thing is that in my country there no statut that gives us the right to live toghether . The only way is marriage, we will marry in the next few months and i was hoping that i could start the process for the express entry these days.

Could you please confirm to me that i can create my profil as a couple even if we are not married?

No, not as a couple until you are married. You can edit your profile after the marriage.

Actually i think that i have a good chance to be taken from the pool in the first draw after i apply. Should i add my girlfriend to my profil before the invitation to apply?

You can't add a girlfriend. You need to be married or common-law to include her.
