Can you help me with my case? What does it mean when it says in your FOSS notes: CASE REFFERED TO CIC MISSISSAUGA. CIC CONVERTED TO 3294 FILE FROM B1063 AND PA´D RLCP SHELF FOR FURTHER PROCESSING. LNC/3294

Also my family in the Philippines received Medical request already but I did not receive any AIP yet under live-in caregiver program. Am I not suppose to get that first or does it mean my open work permit will be issued soon? I've been waiting for 13 months now since I applied for my PR and open work permit.

hi mike i hav a doubt??? my visa status was inprocess for past 20 days....just nw i got the messg as "Passport has been dispatched through Courier vide Airway Bill #: on . Incase of Hold Passport: Your Passport has been held on Request at OC Delhi OC. can any one say me wat does this exactly mean? does it mean my visa is selected or rejected???

Help, what does "not available" on e-cas mean? Is it bad news??

No, it means just that. "Not available".

Typically you see "Not available" where you have a sponsorship application, on the sponsor's e-CAS, and it shows the details of the sponsorship portion, but nothing yet for the PR portion. That just means they haven't begun processing the PR part yet.
