i need your help. i saw previous questions and I'm praying that i will be fine. I'm from Uk (and I'm on ETA here) and i got IRP last night for 3 days while driving Evo .
I'm leaving canada in few months and would like to come back, do you think they can turn me around and won't let me into kannada because of it. Im scared because i know they don't let even american people into canada if they have DUI.
Sorry to bother you again. Did you only get to attend class or did they also give you inter lock program? I lost my dispute. I am waiting for letter that will state if i have to attend class or interlock?
It all depends on the severity of your IRP. Mine was 90 days so I was forced to attend the class which is 16 hours of classes over 4 seperate days. No interlock though

Hi LinkinhMark, Today i received RDP letter. It indicates first there will be a telephone assessment. Can you please share what they ask during telephonic assessment and what should i care about when i talk to Stroh medical care folks? Your advice is highly appreciated.
Hi Guys,
I recently got a 90-day IRP as well. While I’ve understood all the previous comments, I still have a couple of questions.
1. I got the IRP after I submitted my application, do I need to update my Application in any way or inform CIC about what happened.
2. Did you guys get your PR after 2018 December or before that? Cause the new law came into force at that time.
I would really appreciate any feedback, I’m very stressed at the moment.

Just to add a note. I also talked to ICBC. They also said its not a criminal activity and it wont show up anywhere. However i am appealing for review. Crossing finger.
Yeah that's it, the cost is insane (particularly for me as I had an Evo car impounded..) but it's a lesson learned and no repocussions I can't recover from eventually financially and licence wise.
Thanks man! And thanks again for your help. All the best.
Hi nagra, bro did you get your PR. i also got my IRP last month and worrying so much about my future.
Can you or someone tell me that 90 days IRP will effect my Canadian PCC or immigration?
This will be very thankful
Yeah no worries ask me whatever you like. I had tons of questions too.
I had a BC license yeah. I traded in my UK one for a class 5 here. They said I have 3 years to complete the course and reinstate it otherwise I'd have to go through their entire learner program.
Hi
I got the IRP(without criminal charge-just 90 days prohibitions)a week after my citizenship test,I am worry does it make the problem for my citizenship application?

Hi there,
I am in the same situation and I would like to know if you did declare it in your application for PR and Citizenship? I am not sure if we are suppose to or not as it is not in our criminal record.
Thank you so much in advance for your help! I am verry stressed about it and as I can see I am not alone but nobody says how it did end up except you! I am so happy everything went well for you!!! Did you take a lawyer at all?
Jenn

DO NOT Declare it. Its not a crime it is a ticket it certainly is a big one but it is a ticket so do not. I did a lawyer because I was not sure and no one was There who have been through this but everything went smoothly. Don’t worry everything will be fine I know how stressful it is but you will get through this. Just fill the application like you would fill normally.
