I am in process of applying BOWP as I have received my AOR under CEC program. Currently, holding PGWP which is valid till July.

I have a quick question on IMM 5710 related to Page 1 field 3- (I am applying for one or more of the following )
Options given are
1) work permit with same employer,
2) An initial work permit or work permit with new employer,
3) restoration of your status as a worker
4) Temporary Resident Permit

I am confused between option 2 and 4 as to which one should I be selecting.
Please help.
