Hi,
I got selected to sponsor my mother under 2018 Parents and Grand Parents programme. My father passed away and i have one brother who is married and settled. He is not interested to migrate to Canada.
My mother has already filled up her form.
My question is that whether me (SPONSOR) & my brother also has to fill up this IMM5669 form separately.
Please let me know and thank you in advance.

You as a sponsor will fill the sponsor related forms. (not IMM5669)
And your brother is NOT a dependent (over 22 years old and/or married). So he only need to be listed in the other family members form.

Also could you please tell me whether me and my brother has to fill up IMM5406 form.
