I'm filling IMM5562 for my wife And I have a doubt regarding the From and To dates. Her current country of residence is India.. She went to Belgium as a student from 01-May-2017 to 07-December-2017, therefore Belgium was her primary residence during this period with Student status (Type D visa). During this time she visited France from 06-May-2017 to 07-May-2017 and Luxembourg from 05-June-2017 to 06-June-2017.

In this case, should I fill the form mentioning every time she left Belgium and came back in, or can I just write the following?

01-May-2017 to 07-December-2017 - Belgium - Student
06-May-2017 to 07-May-2017 -France - tourism
05-June-2017 to 06-June-2017 - Luxembourg - Tourism.
