Do I need a Police certificate for my citizenship application?

I became a permanent resident on 23 June 2015 and the following is my travel history. I left Canada and on 02-Aug-2015 and returned on 01-March-2018. In the past 4 years, I was not present in a country for 183 days or more in a row. Do I need to provide a Police Certificate for Romania or Austria?
