Another question I'm afraid. My common-law partner (who is Canadian) is sponsoring me, so am I right in thinking I do not need to include her in the above form? Question 2b says list all travels for your Spouse or Common-Law partner.

But.. in the guide for filling out the forms, it says it is only applicable to fill out information about your partner if they are not Canadian. My partner is.

It sounds like I'm right, but I'd just like to double check.

I am not 100% sure...... but......... I think you only need to fill out this form if your VO is Paris and your little info strip at the side says london.

On the 2nd page of the checklist, number 13, other documentation, thats what it says.

So I did not fill out this form and did not submit it.
 
Wow. I never spotted that. Thanks. And I thought I had read everything 100 times over! I think I need a day off from form filling and evidence collecting.
I was even dreaming about forms last night!

No problem! Its suprising how often you can read something and still miss details, i've been there!!!!
