IMM5476 online application / signed or scanned

Hello,
I am applying online for my mother to come to Canada with a TRV and I need to know if I should print, sign and scan the IMM5476 since I am representing her. I understand the IMM5257 does not need to be signed but what about the other forms such as family information and schedule 1?

All other forms should be printed, signed, scanned and uploaded.

The only one that must at no reason go through this process is IMM5257.

So IMM5257 PDF should be filled and uploaded as it is. No print is needed.
