Im sure someone might have asked this question but i dint find the answer. In this additional family info form, it says applicant and spouse has to have their own copy of this form. Does this mean, in my spouse's copy of this form, she would be writing her name as applicant and give her mother father details ??
Correct. Also she will be writting her siblings name but not yours/principal applicant.
