IMM1295 Application form won't download?

Got the same problem and wonder if anyone can email the form to me?

I'm having the same issue. I do click the link for the IMM1295 form, and adobe reader opens and gives me the following message:

"To view the dull contents of this document, you need a later version of the PDF reader. You can upgrade to the lastest version of Adove Reader from www . adobe . com / products / acrobat / readstep2 . html

For further support, go to www . adobe . com / support / products / acrreader . html"

So I did follow the new links and it opens another page that says:

"Application is already installed"

Does anybody have this form and could send a copy to me @ lcarr18@mail . broward . edu ?

if u are having trouble downloading a form. just save it on ur computer then open from the folder

I know this is a very old topic but could someone please e-mail me a copy of the IMM1295. I cant download it despite the fact I do have the latest version of Adobe. I have very little time until my acceptance letter expires and Im very very desperate to get this done in time. It would be very well appreciated.
