IMM1294 - subsection (9) - applying from country if residence , please help URGENT!!!1

Hi guyz,

I am an Indian, I came to Saudi to visit them in January and got stuck here due to the lockdowns , now the issue is first time when I had applied I had applied from India, and now when I want to resubmit my application , I have to answer this question which is [* Country or territory were applying*] (same as current country or territory of residence) - YES/NO , now I am quite confused as to what should I answer in this question , I kindly request you all to give your inputs on this , as I am applying online it doesn't matter but should I mention it as India or saudi ..

You have to tell them what country you are applying from, which in this case sounds like Saudi Arabia.

Ya, I am just currently located in Saudi , but all my docs are according to the Indian recipient ..
