IMM1294 Error Can't Upload

Hi ray5, you are right. Their twitter handle is quite responsive. I have commented on their post regarding issues with the forms. I'll post their reply here, if they respond.

I used Chrome to upload the file, make sure you're using the latest version of the file, if you look at the footer of any page on the file, you should see on the left something like IMM 1294 (10-2017) E, that's the one I used, if you see anything else then you should probably download the latest version and copy-paste all the info then validate and save, hopefully it will work

Still facing an error for the IMM 1294 file. The website was down for a while and it was displaying a bad gateway error. Now it has again gone back to the eariler upload wrong file error.

guys anyone facing issues with IMM1294? i am getting an error saying its not the updated version of the file and cant even report a technical issue as do not have a UCI or applicaiton number ...what do to??? please help

Please make sure that form is in original format with validation. Scanned copy will not be uploaded.

I tried just now and it was not working. Could you guys just tell me which browser to use and should I download the form again and fill and validate? Also, changes in settings if any?

I'm having the exact same problem here, I'm using the latest version of IMM1294 (10-2017) E, validated and saved.

Error: The form you have uploaded was not accepted.

• Error Description: Please ensure you download the latest form from the IRCC website, complete the form using Adobe Reader, validate and upload again.

Somebody please find a solution or notify CIC about this problem
