1) If currently I am unemployed, but form asks current Activity/occupation. Should i just say Unemployed?

2) it also asks to choose a country but all this time i was travelling, what country shoul i pick? I cannot skip it

3) there are only 3 available spaces to show workplaces But if i had more than 3 previous jobs, should i add additional sheet?

Yes its all good. If you are not working say unemployed.
You would have remained in a country for atleast a week or so mention as it is even if you have stayed for a day.
Yes add more columns if you need them but mention everything.

1. Yes
2. I am not sure but I suggest you select your home country and add a LOE explaining what your activities were.
3. Yes. Add additional sheet if the form doesn't allow you to add more. On your extra sheet create it to have the same columns/information as on the form.

What I mean is for instance you are travelling Canada, America so you reach Canada on Monday, the next flight would be next day or next week or so. So technically you remained in Canada for 2 days. Likewise you can mention it.
