These question is regarding spousal sponsorship.
1. My husband (sponsor) has a child from previous marriage. Should I (principal applicant) mention that child in my imm0008 as dependent? The reason I am confused is because in "dependent(s)" section it is says ..... you must include.........all of your dependent children, and THOSE OF YOUR SPOUSE. In this case that child is the dependent of the sponsor. The child is non accompanying and lives with his mother.
2. I am also declaring that child in imm5406 as a step child.
3. Apart from this there is nowhere else where that child can be declared.
