Hi. I am renewing my study permit and filling out the IMM 5709 form. I was done and already validated and have the bar code.
But my computer was restarting. When I opened it, the form was empty. I have not saved it.
Can I fill out the new one or how can I get the lost one if I can't fill out the new one?

Hi, yes you can fill a new one and validade again, it is only official once you upload it to the canada website.

no problem at all. Its still on your hard drive so you can complete it again and upload on the website.
