Hello guys! I’m currently filling up the IMM 5669 for Inland Spousal Application and there is a question here that asks:

Have you, or, if you are the principal applicant, any of your family members listed in your application for permanent residence in Canada ever:
d) been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (SQ) or application to
the Provincial Nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

I have applied for a Canada Student Permit last year and was REFUSED. I should say YES to this question, right?
