Kindly help filling IMM5669 Question 8 Personal History
Since all my information can't be filled in this section
I want to write 'Please refer to the attached sheet' on the first row and wants to fill all details on that sheet
But since ROWS 2,3,4,5 will be blank ... what should I write on these rows
(CIC says do not leave any section blank )
Question 9 Membership with Organizations
I want to write NONE ...
Guide says Write “NONE” in the box if you have not been a member of an association or
organization
CIC says do not leave any section blank
Do i need to write NONE all all boxes of all rows ?!!!
Same thing for Question 9 and 10
Question 8:
What I did was to fill in all except the last row, and I wrote "Continued on attached sheet" in the last row of the table.
Question 9 etc:
"None" in the first row is sufficient, you don't need it in every row as long as it is obviously present in the first one. I did this for a couple of tables myself.
I got PER so I'm presuming they are happy with doing that!
I did the same thing and it worked. For personal history, I had to create one more sheet (extensive travels), so, I indicated there was an attached sheet with continuation. I also wrote (NONE) and N/A in some cases. Now a landed PR ;D All the best.
