I am Canadian and married to a Thai and we are applying (outland) for her PR as my spouse.
We are filling out the form IMM5669 Background/Declaration. In question 6 Personal History, for employment history, she had previously worked in Korea without a proper permit for about 5 months, there on a visitors visa (it was 2 stints about 2.5 months each)
Would this be grounds to reject the application, or is it still possible to get approval with this in your background?
I searched many threads but could not find this exact issue mentioned.
