Hi,

I have applied for PR under economic class PNP. This is second time IRCC ask me to provide IMM 5669. please guide me if somebody have any information related to ut

Could mean that you are leaving something critical off the form. Remember, no gaps and full disclosure.
 
Although. they ask me' in order to proceed further we need information from you. submit separate and newly filled IMM 5669 form. including the all addresses, names and leave no gaps in dates. additionally provide digital signature'. it is common to receive this request?
