Hi there. Do me and my common law partner have to fill out this form and send it in. We are applying as a common law but we don't have a cosigner. On the guide it says only to fill this out if the latter is a co signer. We are confused. Thank you

No. Don't fill out any form that is not required. IMM5409 is only required if you have a co-signer which, as you stated, you do not.
